The perfect prom dress

In just a little more than a month im going to my graduation ball. The graduation ball is a Swedish tradition, or at least a tradition in my city. There are some ground rules for this ball, the ladies have to wear maxi dresses or coctail dresses and the gentlemen has to wear a dark suit, because of this rule a lot of my friends and classmates have had trouble finding the right dress. I played around on polyvore and put together 4 different looks that I would wear to my graduation ball.

The first look is the nude sailor (see what i did there?? navy-sailor?) 

I think navy a nude is an absolutley goregous combination that looks both elegant and fashionable. Here I have decided to make all the accessories beige but you can of course change them to put some more colour into the outfit. 

The next look consist of this AMAZING princessy dress. I fell for the dress immediately and chose accessories purely based on it. I think that it's good to keep it quite simple with these kinds of dresses. I think the shoe with the strap over goes very well with the girly dress.

This beautiful red dress does not need a lot more than just a simple pair of black heels. But for the sake of it i chose black jewlery with gold details just because the combination red black and gold is stunning. With this kind of powerful dress it is good to keep it simple, so no big statement necklaces okay?

and then to my personal favorite. This look is very simple but I think that the black dress is super glamorous even though it's so simple. Because this dress is so plain I think a big statement necklace can look amazing, also with the red lips and nails you cant go wrong, you will look amazing.
